Nick Mulhal appointed new Survitec Group Quality and Business Improvement Director
Nick joins us from Nortel, where as Lean Enterprise Manager he was responsible for the Lean business transformation of Nortel’s EMEA Manufacturing and & Integration centre. He was a key contributor to the development and implementation of a global lean 6 sigma improvement strategy and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Lean. This included the implementation strategy from employee development, talent selection and culture change to implementation of Lean tools/systems and the measurement and delivery of results.
Nick will be responsible for driving Lean Business Improvements across the whole of the Survitec Group as well as enhancing the Quality standards
