23rd February 2010 marked a significant day in Survitec’s history, when Warburg Pincus acquired the Group for an undisclosed sum.

With the backing of its new shareholders, Survitec will pursue its global expansion strategy and strengthen its leading position in the marine, defence and aerospace safety markets. Survitec will continue its penetration of each market sector by growing organically and through add-on acquisitions and selectively expanding its geographic footprint both within existing and new territories.
